FAQ Summary:
We accept Jpeg, Tiff, Eps, Psd and Pdf only. Any other formats will be rejected by the upload page, so please only use these file types.



FAQ Content:
Acceptable File Formats:

  • JPEG - must be 300dpi resolution and CMYK color format.

  • TIFF - must be LZW Macintosh format, 300dpi resolution and CMYK color format.

  • EPS - must convert all text to outlines.

  • PSD - file must be flattened with no layers, 300dpi resolution and CMYK color.

  • PDF - click HERE for a copy of our output settings.
